Every job here comes down to one thing: getting a clean, accurate hole or cut through concrete, brick or masonry without breaking out the surrounding structure. We are a diamond drilling and concrete cutting contractor based in Leigh-on-Sea, working across Essex for builders, M and E contractors, shopfitters and facilities teams.

The services below split into four groups. Drilling covers the round penetrations, from a 10mm fixing hole to a 1000mm ventilation core. Cutting and sawing covers the straight lines, whether that is a floor saw opening a trench in a warehouse slab or a wall saw forming a doorway. Demolition covers taking structure out in controlled sections rather than smashing it. Openings groups the finished job types that pull several of those methods together, such as a new doorway with a beam over or a riser routed through a floor.

All of it is non-percussive and low vibration, which matters when you are working in an occupied building, near live services or alongside finished trades. We run water-fed dust suppression on coring and wet cutting to keep silica dust down, and we scan the concrete before we cut so we know where the reinforcement and services sit. Where a job needs a survey first, that survey is free and it happens before we price anything, so the quote you get reflects the real work in front of us.
